Baptistry Doors Workshop

The renaissance artist Andrea Pisano created these magnificent doors for the Baptisrtry of the Florence Cathedral- The Duomo.

This is a very impressive wall hanging when completed.

This is a three dimensional wall hanging  The workshop will involve two sessions. First the overall design and technique of block making.

This will be followed by a session at home or studio to finish the blocks. The second meeting will be  assembly of the  blocks and attaching the border.

 Colour and selection of fabric is critical to the overall appearance of the  wall hanging. It is  a great stash burner. It will also leave  you with a great sense of satisfaction. I will always be available on line during the home portion of the assembly.
